というように、 for, to doを後に伴って
「～で全力をつくす」、「全力をつくして～する」
という使い方をします。

= to put all your energy or enthusiasm into what you are doing

「行っていることに全てのエネルギーを注ぐ、情熱を注ぐ」という意味です。
